Owners of http://www.orafec.org/ has launched a site to report fradulent parts, but they (oxygen Electronics) forgot their own company is promoting so many chinese counterfeits on their e-commerce website eg DL340M, DL330M siemens intelligent fake parts, LH0002, 0032,0041 NSC fradulent parts(fradulently upscreened to /883 version). Oxygen claims they are leased parts from different website, however for trading if customer demands. Are they willing to report their own fraudulent lising on http://www.orafec.org/ ??
Please note that Oxygen Electronics is in league with many chinese list brokers of America who buy tonnes of Chinese fake products. These brokers are close friends of Oxygen. So do you think Oxygen will report their own circle of friends if they found buying or selling counterfeits? If not what is the purpose of these self-promoted watch dogs, which are eventually meant for bullying unwanted brokers and to get competitive edge over other suppliers.?This way http://www.orafec.org/ is going to be another scam like http://www.brokerlynx.net/ which will house their friends who are into counterfeiting trade.
In a way all the above names support each other in counterfeit trading

Dan Hetnar of Select Technology sold fake Maxim parts. He is using ISO-9001 to sell Maxim counterfeits. Just watch out there are tonnes of brokers in USA who trade counterfeits/bogus/fradulent and phantom parts with the support of b2b sites , brokerlynx etc.-

Justify why it’s OK for Broker to post his messages and not CStore?
Justify why it’s OK to give Tytronix a free pass for him to say the claims are false when it is documented that he does in fact ship substandard material on more then one occasion. That is the title of this tread.
These 35 companies all pitching in sounds to me like Brokerlynx companies can not live by the standards they set for others. They rail against buying parts in China then they turn right around and justify why it’s OK for them to do it.
If anyone challenges them for buying parts in China they will get together and legally harass that person.
Basically what you are advocating is it’s OK to be antagonist if you are buddies with Oxygen – O2xgen – Brokerlynx if not then watch out.
I don’t see anyone clamoring for Broker (anonymous posters) to identify his/her company. Why because this person is defending the crap and garbage and abusive behavior on Brokerlynx and it is acceptable for them to post low life trashy messages.
Toss a little criticism Brokerlynx’s way and they have a melt down. Anyone trying to stop the abuses of Brokerlynx becoming known to the Electronics Community is likely guilty of being a Chinese Counterfeit imported. That’s why I say open it up to everyone let the OEM see what really going on. Either that or clean it up.
I do look at Brokerlynx. I’ve never posted and there is nothing posted about me. What I read in there is a lot of bogus slander that should have been stopped and removed. It appears to me that there is a hand full of people who instigates and get away with anything. It’s wrong.

Didieo or Pasodon, called my company on 18th March 2008 ( call lasted for 85 minutes 39 seconds ended at 5.15 pm.) , During this conversation, he said he is coming out with new website www.orafec.org, which will be directly working in competition with ERAI. Pasodon or Didieo ( whosoever)_ was very aggressive on ERAI model , stating that they were kicked out badly, so now they have to teach them a lesson. But unfortunately Didieo has been caught in his own loop of counterfeit industry and his friends who trade fradulent parts. Be aware that these guys are lunatic who still claim that they will be successful in beating ERAI in their business. I wish Didieo and pasodon good luck in doing so. But now biggest counterfeit gang has been exposed on brokerlynx, I wonder how they are still going to compete them? ERAI is well known for networking Chinese members, I wish Oxygen Electronics too win support of Chinese flea market. Right now Oxygen is very popular for supporting only Americans who are chinese list brokers. Wish they get more support. I expect everyone wish them good luck specially to Didieo and pasodon.

If you discover that you have been supplied with fake components, come clean and admit your mistake. Otherwise, be willing to prove to your customers that you have never stocked counterfeit components. Please! This is not a big thing to ask, and will go a long way to showing that you value your customers and their custom. If not, you will be seen as the baddies, and rightfully so if you continue to defraud your customers!
ERAI and Broker lynx are two for profit organizations with nothing in mind but profits. neither are qualified to do this job.
we should dump both organizations. they are ineffective.
I did a lot of work for the ERAI in a previous job helping them a lot, for no charge, just helping out other members, doing some research for them if the problems were in my region.
When I started my own business I asked them one time at the very beginning to give me not a reference or anything but a nod of approval to a customer, (2000 dollar order) and they refused Point Blank !
ERAI policy, if you haven't been a company for six months they will not say anything about you. Once I had been around for six months they were on the phone straight away looking for a membership and a subscription.
Needless to say I told them where they could shove it.
